Well-done to the girls and boys from P6 today. There were 27 players exhibiting great skill, determination and resilience at a brilliant tournament in Gardrum Park. The blitz was organised by local man Conal Mc Cullagh who has a great love of the Irish language. Thanks to Tiernan Sludden and all the officials and committee members for organising, refereeing, making tea and sandwiches. The children were delighted with the treats and medals. There was a lovely touch from the club honouring the memory of former player and member Stephen Colton who loved nature, teaching, the GAA and the Irish culture.
