Following outstanding performances in St John’s and Canavan’s, Eoin, Matt, Caoimhe and Clodagh had the opportunity to represent their school at the national stage of the Credit Union Quiz, held at the RDS in Dublin on Sunday (19th April). Competing against some of the strongest primary and secondary school teams from across Ireland, the team performed admirably, demonstrating excellent knowledge, teamwork and composure throughout a highly challenging competition. Their music knowledge really stood out.
The students were superbly supported by their families as well as Mrs Maguire and Mrs Meenagh, who made the journey to Dublin to encourage the team on the day. Their commitment and support were greatly appreciated, particularly as many of the questions proved demanding for all involved (especially our Staff).
